Steps After Your Business Consultation
After your business consultation, if you decide you would like to move forward, the next step would be to prepare a FREE valuation of your business.

We will send you a broker’s non-disclosure agreement. An NDA assures you that we will not use any information you share with us for any purpose other than the preparation of your business’s valuation.

We will send you a request for specific financial information about your company.

Once the information is received, it will take us about ten days to prepare your company’s valuation.
Once the valuation is complete, we would like to meet you in person at your business to discuss the valuation. You can then decide whether you would like to continue with the transition and listing of your business.
